DNCC Digital App Launching by BU Urban Lab

Urban Lab Bangladesh University (BU) and Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) jointly launched a digital app on August 02, 2016 at Farmgate Krishibid Institute to enhance civic amenities for the city-dwellers. LGRD and Cooperatives Minister Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain attended the program while the Bangladesh University Board of Trustees Chairman Jamil Azhar Presided over the program. The function was also addressed by DNCC Mayor Annisul Huq and State Minister for Information Technology Junayed Ahmed Palok. The speakers told in the program that municipalities, all city corporations and union parishads of the country in phases could ensure services for the people through this app. They also showed their keen interest and commitment to work together to develop clean, green and safe cities to implement the vision of a digital Bangladesh.
