Bangladesh University Urban Lab and The Daily star jointly host the RTC on Sustainable Living for a Better Future, today, July 31, 2016 at the Daily Star centre, Dhaka. Before the start of the conference an exhibition is held on Suborna Prangon a city borne Low Income Housing Solution Initiatives. Mr. Mahfuz Anam, Editor,The Daily Star delivers the welcome address while Dr. Md. Farashuddin, Former Governor, Bangladesh Bank moderates the program. Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank Mr. S.K. Sur Chowdhury, Chairmen of Bangladesh University, Quazi Jamil Azher, Ar. Iqbal Habib, Ms. Rubana Huq, Managing Director, Mohammadi Group, Economists Mr. Binayok Sen & Mr. Ahsan H. Monsur, Prof. Dr. Momen Shah, IBA, DU, Mr. Liakat Ali Bhuiyan, Vice President, REHAB, Ar. Khalid Asraf, Trade Union leader Mr. Babul Akter spoke on the occasion.
